PAYMENTS

Payment via credit card must be made before merchandise is disbursed. We accept major credit or debit cards.

CONDITION TYPES

Following is an explanation of each type of condition:

New (A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag.)

Open Box (An item in excellent, new condition with no wear. The item may be missing the original packaging or protective wrapping, or may be in the original packaging but not sealed. The item includes original accessories.)

Refurbished (A product that has been inspected and tested to work and look like new. The product has little to no signs of wear when held 12 inches away, and may arrive in a brown or white box with relevant accessories that may be generic with exceptions, if any, mentioned on the product detail page. )

NO RESALE

Equipment is not for resale. Sales tax will be applied to all purchases based on jurisdiction.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME DURATIONS

All shipping and delivery times are estimates and may change before or after the sale transaction. We will make the best effort to keep you posted about any such changes as we learn about them.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your product, return it within 14 days for a full refund.

COMPUTER MAINTENANCE AND DATA PROTECTION PLANS


"Security Suite"
includes industry-leading antivirus software, patch management (security updates) services, and security monitoring.

"Remote Assistance Software" allows technicians to share the customer's screen and operate the customer's device for technical support purposes upon customer's request. Remote assistance technical support is billed separately.

"Online Data Backup" protects data which can be copied from the customer's device. Data which cannot be copied without special access keys or passwords is excluded. Defective or damaged devices may lack the capability to back up data successfully.

Technical Framework is not responsible for backup failures resulting from issues with the customer's device(s), such as Internet connection, instability, etc. Customer's device(s) must be powered on and connected to the Internet in order for backup to succeed.

Plans without online data backup do not provide the ability to recover from data loss. Notice of rate changes will be provided 30 days in advance. Maintenance agreements are month-to-month and can be terminated by either party with 30 days advance notice.Firmware and driver updates not included but can be provided separately.
